WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Precision moves fast. If you place your orderMonday – Friday before 9 am CET, it will ship the same day. Orders placed after this window, or during weekends and holidays, will be dispatched the very next business day. We prioritize your momentum.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY JOURNEY?

Once your FALCOR piece is in motion, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. If it has been more than two business days since you placed your order and the "pulse" hasn't reached your inbox yet, contact our concierge atsupport@falcor.one

THE PIECE I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WHAT CAN I DO?

Our most sought-after anchors—especially theHEARTtimepiece—can sell out quickly due to limited production runs. If a product is out of stock, select the "Notify Me" option on the product page. You’ll be the first to know the second the heartbeat of our collection is back in sync.

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We pride ourselves on the speed of our fulfillment. Because we move quickly to maintain your momentum, the window for changes is small. Reach out tosupport@falcor.one immediately. If your order has already reached our center, it has officially begun its journey and cannot be altered.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

Yes. Every FALCOR timepiece is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. This covers manufacturer's defects in the mechanics and craftsmanship for the life of the product. It does not cover normal wear and tear, battery changes (for non-automatic pieces), or accidental "battle scars" to the glass or steel. We build for longevity; we stand by our craft.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have14 daysto experience the gravity of your purchase. If the piece doesn't align with your presence, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, "beating" condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all protective films and tags intact. No noise, just a fair transition.
