Return & Exchange Policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY | FALCOR
If you are not 100% satisfied with the gravity of your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days. Please note that items returned within this 14-day window will be refunded to the original payment source (minus shipping and restocking costs).
THE STANDARD FOR RETURNS
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the FALCOR website. To maintain our standard of quality, returned items must be received in new, unused, and resellable condition.
Original Packaging: All protective coverings, films (especially on timepieces), and product information must remain intact.
Completeness: Any product returned without its original packaging—including sunglasses cases or jewelry boxes—will be deemed non-returnable.
Condition: Items that are soiled, damaged, or altered will not be accepted. This includes watches that have been resized or straps that show signs of wear.
FEES:
Returns: A shipping & restocking fee of €12.90 applies to all returns and is non-refundable.
Exchanges: The processing fee for exchanges is €7.90. Once your returned package is processed, our concierge team will reach out to confirm your new selection.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Custom & Engraved Items: Any customized or engraved pieces are uniquely yours. These sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
Promotional Items: If you are processing a full return, any free promotional items must be included. Otherwise, the full retail price of the promotion will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued via the original method of payment. We cannot redirect refunds to alternative accounts.
Third-Party Items: Please ensure only FALCOR items are in your return package. We are not responsible for non-FALCOR items sent to our center.
Proof of Postage: We require that you retain a copy of your drop-off receipt. If an order is lost in transit, we can only honor the return if a valid receipt is provided.
ITEMS ON SALE (SURPLUS)
All items purchased from our Surplus/Sale page are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. However, surplus products are still protected by our Limited Lifetime Warranty regarding manufacturer defects.

Once we receive your item, our team aims to process it within seven days. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to clear, depending on your financial institution.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
If your piece arrived with a defect in materials or craftsmanship, contact support@falcor.one immediately. This covers issues present upon arrival only. For concerns arising after use, please refer to our Lifetime Guarantee page.Note: Repairs or replacements for damaged arrivals typically take 1-2 weeks to process.
